SMS verification opt-in
SiteTac sends one kind of text message: a one-time account verification code, and only when a signed-in customer explicitly asks for it. We never send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages from this number.
How a customer opts in
SiteTac is a website platform for licensed firearms dealers (FFLs). During account verification, the signed-in business owner clicks “Text me the code” in their dashboard. That click is the opt-in: it requests exactly one message, sent to the phone number on the federal license record for their business. The screen looks like this:

What we send
Exactly one message per request:
Your SiteTac verification code is: 123456
The fine print, plainly
- Frequency: one message per verification request, initiated by the user. No recurring messages.
- Content: a numeric verification code only. Never marketing or promotions.
- Message and data rates may apply, per the recipient’s carrier plan.
- STOP to any message opts the number out of further messages; HELP returns support information. You can also reach us at info@sitetac.com.
- Consent is not shared: phone numbers and opt-in records are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
- Consent to receive a verification code is not a condition of purchasing anything.
